We're opening up our doors and opening up the conversation.
Mental health is something that we value very highly and we want to support everyone that we can. We want to support you and help you and others find the strength to love yourself unconditionally.
So on Thursday September 12th we're offering you a free yoga or mindfulness class and a cup of tea.
Classes available:
1045am Mindfulness and Meditation
12pm FUNdamentals yoga (beginners yoga)
1:15pm Tea and talk (an opportunity to sit and have a cuppa, mingle with the community)
6pm Vinyasa
8:30pm Mindful Restorative yoga
Spaces are limited so please ensure that you register here for your preferred session
